Circular vibrating screen is also known as single shaft vibrating screen. The vibration force generated by the vibration source of circular vibrating screen is an inertial force that changes regularly around the fixed axis. Its essence is the centrifugal force formed by the rotation of eccentric mass around the fixed axis. Its trajectory is close to a circle. The working principle of the circular vibrating screen is that after the screen machine is started, the vibrator of the screen machine drives the vibrating box to make directional jumping movement together. During this period, the materials smaller than the aperture of the screen surface fall to the lower layer through the screen hole and become the materials under the screen. The materials larger than the aperture of the screen surface are discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping movement. Finally, the screening work is completed. According to the special structure and working principle of the circular vibrating screen, the screen surface is generally inclined with an inclination angle of 15-25 degrees.
The circular vibrating screen motor is connected with the vibration exciter through the transmission bearing seat, and the service life of the motor can be guaranteed. At the same time, the frequency of the vibrating screen can be easily adjusted by replacing the belt pulley. The support of the screen adopts rubber spring, which has the advantages of long service life, corrosion resistance, stable passing through the resonance zone, low noise and small impact on the foundation compared with metal spring; The flexible coupling is adopted for the connection between the motor and the vibration exciter, so that the transmission of torque has no transmission of axial force, so as to make the operation of the screening machine more stable; Large circular vibrating screen adopts excellent horizontal synchronous belt structure. Compared with five gear synchronizer, it has light weight and convenient maintenance. For metal mining industry with large bulk density and thick material layer, polyurethane block screen with high strength is adopted.
