Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher this series represents the advanced crusher technology in the world and has many incomparable advantages over traditional crushers: high crushing efficiency, low production cost, convenient maintenance and adjustment, excellent particle type of crushing products, and can be widely used in crushing operations such as medium crushing, fine crushing and ultra-fine crushing.

GP series is a horizontal bar hydraulic cone crusher integrating mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, intelligent control and other technologies developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing advanced technology. The cavity adopts modular design and has a variety of crushing cavity types. The conversion from coarse crushing to fine crushing can be realized by replacing some parts. The optimized crushing cavity has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption and uniform product particle size. By selecting the appropriate crushing cavity and eccentricity, we can meet the production requirements of customers to a great extent and achieve high output. Under the condition of full load feeding, laminated crushing can be realized, so that the product has better particle shape and more cubic particle content. Compared with other equipment, it is more suitable for crushing hard rock, and the production capacity is 15% - 20% higher than that of cone crusher of the same specification. The product has the ability of hydraulic locking and hydraulic adjustment, as well as the functions of iron release and cavity cleaning. The equipped hydraulic system and lubrication system ensure the safe and normal operation of the equipment. The hydraulic system can flexibly adjust the discharge port, so as to realize the function of controlling the discharge particle size and output. The electrical control system is equipped with a protection system combining electronic intelligent display and self-locking control, which can safely and timely monitor the oil temperature, oil pressure and flow, and give an alarm in case of emergency

Working Principle

During operation, the rotation of the motor drives the belt pulley, transmission shaft and conical part to swing under the force of the eccentric sleeve, so that the crushing wall of the cone crusher sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the white wall surface fixed on the upper frame, so that the ore is continuously impacted and crushed in the crushing chamber, and the crushed materials are discharged from the lower part.
